Booking Fee, Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy
At All About Skin we are as accommodating as possible to assist our clients, however, due to the increased volume and popularity of treatments, we have felt the need to introduce a formal Booking Fee, Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy.
Your appointments are reserved especially for you, and we appreciate your ongoing support. We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled at short notice, or not attended, are unable to be reused for other clients.
We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation or schedule adjustment may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing a disruption to our clinic operations, we will try to do so. However, because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 48 hours, we have taken the decision to institute a 48-hour cancellation policy.Booking Fee Policy
A $50 deposit will now be taken when booking any treatment to secure the appointment. These deposits are fully redeemable at your appointment when adhering to our 48-hour cancellation & booking policy.
ALL clients of All About Skin are required to supply credit card details to secure appointments. These are retained on your personal file in the event of a cancelled appointment within 48 hours. We will ask for a credit card to have on file using our secure Stripe Account, and a booking fee is charged using Stripe Secure Payment Services when an appointment is made. This booking fee is non-refundable. Cash deposits are not accepted.
Please note that online consultations, in-clinic consultations, and review appointments are complimentary and do not require a booking fee. However, the cancellation policy still applies to these appointments, and a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
At All About Skin, our appointments are confirmed more than 48 hours in advance via email, SMS or both because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply in accordance with your treatment cost.
“NO SHOWS”, cancellations received on the day and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Cancellations received within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Appointments made within the 48 hour period will fall under the same cancellation policy conditions.
Where there are multiple services booked on a single day, the same cancellation policy conditions will apply, even if attending a portion but not all services.
In the case of pre-paid treatments or gift vouchers, the full cost of treatment or gift voucher will be forfeited.
If you have purchased a course with us, then we do not require a booking fee. When a late cancellation or a no-show appointment occurs, one full treatment will be deducted from your course package.
Cancellations will only be accepted via phone or SMS to the business phone 0499 009 266 or in writing to info@allbaboutskinclinic.com.au via email. Please note, you cannot reply to the automated SMS reminders.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
If the service is cancelled by us, no cancellation fee will be payable, and you may have the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund in full with no deductions or fees applicable.
A cancellation fee will apply regardless of whether a deposit has been received. Any booking fee paid will be forfeited upon cancellation by you and will be used to satisfy the cancellation fee payable (or part thereof).
We understand that emergencies, illness, and work difficulties happen. Whilst we sympathise with these difficulties, we are unable to waive the cancellation fee. We request clients to please cancel appointments at their earliest convenience to avoid the full penalty. These conditions are at the discretion of management and exemptions for extenuating circumstances may be considered in writing to info@allaboutskinclinic.com.au via email.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need any help rescheduling or cancelling, please do not hesitate to reach out to the clinic. Appointments rescheduled outside of 48 hours of the appointment date and time are permitted.
Please note that rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment date and time does not qualify as a rescheduled appointment. Any changes to appointments within 48 hours of the appointment date and time will fall under the cancellation policy and require a new booking to be made for your new requested date and time.
Refund Policy
All About Skin has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of goods or services if you change your mind. Furthermore, our ‘no refund’ policy applies to medical procedures (including injectables) and dermal treatments and procedures.
Refunds will not be provided for retail items even if remaining in original packaging and unused.
Price Match Policy
At All About Skin we will consider matching a competitor’s price for the same product or treatment provided it is using the same equipment and/or products and carried out by appropriately qualified staff.
The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors that offer the same product and treatment plan. The Price Match Policy does not apply to prices offered by any competitors on discount sites such as groupon via an online shopping/retail website.
The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount or coupon websites.
Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s price via a custom treatment plan formulated for the patient which must be current when seeking to price match and All About Skin may take further steps to confirm the validity of the price to be matched.
Clients must mention the Price Match Policy at the time of purchase and/or at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Match Policy will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received.
Once treatment has commenced you are agreeing to All About Skins price and treatment.
Our Price Match Policy does not apply to our already discounted, promotional products and treatments.
